The Royal Armouries welcomes customers with disabilities and hopes that you find your day with us an enjoyable and memorable occasion. We value your visit and your viewpoints on the services that we provide.

Entrance

There is a disabled car park at the main entrance to the museum.

Wheel Chair Provision

There are three manual wheelchairs in the museum and these can be booked in advance for the day. They are available to collect from the ticket office.

Toilet Facilities

There are accessible toilet facilities in the main entrance courtyard and in the Powder Keg Café. There are also baby-changing facilities available.

Getting about the museum

Ramps provide access to most parts of Fort Nelson.

Guide dogs are permitted in the museum.
